Current School Year
Thank you for choosing the School District of Belleville!
Below is a link to the new student enrollment packet. Please complete a packet for each child who will be enrolled in school and return the completed packet to any of our school offices regardless of grade level. You can also complete the packet, download it, and then email the completed packet to Pam Christen at christep@belleville.k12.wi.us
A birth certificate and proof of residency, which includes a utility bill, mortgage, etc. should also be brought to the school to complete the enrollment process.
